I, Dr. Eirin Yagokoro, place up this post to state that I am capable of performing the surgical procedure needed to remove the modifier/limiter microchip that is in patients placed in Discedo, placed in what we have labled as the "Fourth Location".

However, I do have some stipulations. A person undergoing the procedure that chooses, or is forced to choose, myself as the surgeon will have to undergo a full medical examination prior to surgery. This is, of course, purely for observational data.

This is Dr. Eirin Yagokoro. It would appear the scientists have returned, because I am no very much alive after being gunned down. I do believe they owe us a bit of an explanation, don't you think?

Also, what's the status on our guest? I'd like a few words with him, as well, once he wakes up from that nap of his.

The Hospital is a safe zone. And we who staff here need to ensure that. If you are capable of fighting, I suggest you grab a weapon and do so. We cannot allow them inside. Protect patients and ensure the transportation of inured at all costs.

-There's a slight chinking sound. Those of you with good ears might realize that she's sharpening something.-

I apologize for my abscence. I had to take a moment to ensure I would be in working order. If there is anyone in need of medical attention, I have managed to salvage a workable clinic in the hospital in spite of the damages. It would seem many supplies have already been taken to the school... no matter. I don't need them.

Though given what I experienced in the last days of my healing, I think creating some anti-psychotic treatments may be in order.

-The video feed doesn't seem to be focused on anything in particular. What CAN be seen is the night sky over Discedo lit ablaze by the brilliant array of destructive lights Lavos produced. And they are being met with several more. They're coming from the hospital roof. Specifically, they are coming from Eirin. Panting, she lets out a warning.-

Attention any and all hospital personal and able bodied persons. We are currently in a moment of crisis. Whatever breached through that portal is causing city-wide, if not world-wide destruction. We need to protect the vital areas of our settlement here. The hospital, the supply room, the residential areas. Anyone who can protect others must do so NOW. I cannot hold this much longer!

-Some of the blasts seem to be hitting a series of otherwise difficult to see greenish orbs. They glow as they are struck, absorbing the blasts. Every one and again, they just... burst into light, ceasing to be. Eirin works hard to keep replacing them, as well as sending up an array of danmaku to meet Lavos's attack halfway. But it's a losing battle... she is only one woman.-

-She's cut off, as several blasts burst through her defenses, crashing down around her. The feed cuts into static.-
